Handspun naturally dyed art yarn, thick and thin, weaving yarn, British wool

Description

Slubby, thick and thin Art Yarn in naturally dyed wool from our pedigree flock of Poll Dorset sheep. This yarn was processed by hand from raw fleece, naturally dyed with onion skins and nettles and handspun by me here, on our farm, in Northern Ireland.

The yarn is 100% Poll Dorset wool and has been plyed with a rayon thread.

Mostly Aran weight with thick slubby sections
95g, 95 yards approximately

I recommend gently hand washing your finished item in lukewarm water.
